ANYTIME LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective September 7, 2026

Anytime LLC, based in California, USA, operates the Anytime app and anytime.day. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, create a station, read or listen to stories, and ask questions.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use this information to sign you in, restore your station, personalize topic selection and presentation, answer questions, generate speech, provide local features, save your choices, operate reminders, investigate reports, prevent abuse, and understand whether the product works. We also use information to meet applicable legal obligations and respond to requests.

General product analytics events do not include your question text or precise coordinates. New account-identification events use an internal identifier and platform rather than an email address or name. Older analytics records may contain email or name information sent by previous versions. Analytics identifiers and reading activity are pseudonymous, not anonymous.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers to deliver Anytime. The provider used for a feature may change with our configuration:

Providers may retain information under their own terms, settings, and legal obligations. This policy does not promise that every provider uses zero retention or excludes all model improvement. Links to publishers or other services take you to their own websites and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably needed to comply with law, protect people and the service, investigate abuse, complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections, or carry out your instructions. The website does not include advertising pixels, and we do not use your station activity to run behavioral advertising.

How long information stays

We retain account information and station preferences while needed to operate your account, until you change or delete them, or as required for security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. The service uses the following retention controls; scheduled deletion can be delayed by temporary service failures:

Some operational, accounting, security, and analytics records have separate retention needs. Backups and provider records are not necessarily erased at the same moment as live account data. Backup expiry depends on the relevant service and configuration; we do not promise a fixed erasure date for every backup.

Account deletion and security

You can request account deletion in the app’s Account settings or by contacting us. We verify the request to protect your account. Deletion removes account and station data from our live database, revokes sessions, and schedules removal of associated media and downstream analytics. Provider cleanup may take additional time; failed cleanup remains subject to retry or operator follow-up. Some limited deletion records may remain while that work is pending. We may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

We use access controls, expiring device credentials, protected on-device storage, and other safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. A signed-in device may read previously cached stories while offline until its local session expires or it learns the session has been revoked.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can change station settings, remove saved or followed stories, choose a city manually, disable microphone or location access in device settings, turn reminders off, sign out, or delete your account. Browser and device settings may provide additional controls.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain uses of your information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. California residents may also have rights concerning sale, sharing, or certain uses of sensitive information where those activities and legal requirements apply. Contact us to make a request; we may ask for information needed to verify it, and an authorized agent may contact us on your behalf. We will not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

The landing page does not use behavioral-advertising cookies. We do not change the site’s behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. This does not limit rights associated with a legally recognized opt-out preference signal where those rights apply.

Children and international use

Anytime is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
