Something in a story doesn’t look right

Use “Report an issue” in the story, or email us the headline and the detail you want us to check. A link to the original reporting helps us investigate.

Account and privacy requests

You can change your preferences in Profile and request account deletion in Account settings. You can also email us to request help, access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.

Help with the app

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and your app version and device model. Never send a password, sign-in code, or private credential.
