Terms of Service

Effective September 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Anytime app, anytime.day, and related services provided by Anytime LLC, based in California, USA. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your personal news station

Anytime helps you read and listen to news, organize stories, and ask follow-up questions. Features, content, providers, and availability may change. Some features require an account, an internet connection, a supported device, or a current app version. We may apply usage limits to protect the service and manage capacity.

You must be at least 13 to use Anytime. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and supervise your use.

AI, reporting, and accuracy

Anytime uses AI to prepare articles, explanations, and spoken replies. AI can make mistakes, omit context, misunderstand a question, or produce outdated information. Source agreement does not independently prove a claim, and a linked source does not mean that publisher endorses Anytime.

Use the linked reporting to check important details. News, explanations, predictions, and market information are provided for general information. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice, and they are not an emergency or safety-alert service. Do not rely on Anytime as your only basis for an important decision.

You can report a problem from a story or contact legal@anytime.day. We may correct, update, or remove content.

Your account and choices

Keep your device and Apple account secure. Do not share or misuse another person’s credentials. Let us know if you believe your Anytime account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for information you choose to submit and for using the service lawfully.

Permissions for microphone, location, and notifications are optional and controlled through the app and your device. Certain features need those permissions to work; you can type questions or choose a city manually where those alternatives are offered.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process account information, activity, questions, generated audio, and other data.

Acceptable use

You must not use Anytime to break the law or infringe another person’s rights; submit malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate someone; harass or threaten others; interfere with the service; or bypass authentication, usage limits, billing controls, or other safeguards. Do not use automated activity to overload the service or extract content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the service, users, or others. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a way to contact us about an account restriction.

Content and intellectual property

Anytime’s software, branding, and original product materials are owned by Anytime LLC or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for its intended purposes under these terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or third-party materials to you.

News publishers and other rights holders retain their rights in linked reporting, images, quotations, and other third-party content. Access to a summary does not grant a license to republish a source article or bypass a publisher’s access restrictions.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant us the permission needed to process, store, transmit, and display that information to operate the features you request, handle reports, and protect the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.

Other services

Apple, publishers, AI and speech providers, and other third parties provide parts of the experience or destinations linked from it. Their services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party websites or guarantee that they remain available.

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for providing support for Anytime. Your use of an Apple-distributed app is also subject to applicable App Store rules and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license is provided through the App Store. These service terms supplement the applicable app license.

Availability, warranties, and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide notices or remedies required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Anytime LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, such as lost opportunities or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer rights.

Ending your use

You can stop using Anytime at any time. Signing out ends the device’s active access; it is different from deleting your account. You can request account deletion through Account settings or by contacting us. Data handling after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after your use ends—including intellectual property, lawful limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms—continue to apply.

Changes and applicable law

We may revise these terms. We will post the updated terms and effective date and provide additional notice when a material change or applicable law requires it. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

California law governs these terms, except where applicable law gives you mandatory protections under another jurisdiction’s laws. Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. These terms and any additional terms you expressly accept for a particular feature govern your agreement with us for the service.
